Meet the Leadership Team- Stacey Sagon

Our next direction introduction is Stacey Sagon. Stacey is the Vice-Chair for our organization and she also serves as the Partnership Committee Lead.

Question 1- Where are you from?

I live near Biggar, with my husband and our 2 daughters. We own and operate a grain farm.

Question 2- What do you do?

On top of operating a grain farm, I also manage a local crop inputs retail at an inland grain terminal.

Question 3- Why did you join Women in Ag?

I joined up with WIA in 2013 initially to help organize a photo shoot day for the calendar, and ended up helping to secure sponsors for that first calendar project, and I’ve been on the leadership team ever since. I enjoy meeting new people and creating new relationships through my work with WIA. 

Question 4- What you do in your spare time? OR A Fun Fact about yourself OR Your favourite Made in Canada product.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking and spending time with my family.
